Andrea Kihlstedt

Andrea Kihlstedt is a nationally recognized fundraising strategist who has spent more than 40 years helping nonprofit leaders approach big fundraising challenges with clarity and confidence.

She is best known for her groundbreaking work on capital campaigns. Her book, Capital Campaigns: Strategies that Work, now in its fourth edition, is widely regarded as a leading guide in the field.


Her innovations also include asking styles, Guided Feasibility Studies, and Capital Campaign Pro, the support system she co-founded with Amy Eisenstein for nonprofit campaign leaders.

Andrea brings warmth, authority, and originality to the way people think about fundraising.
